Believing that Youth Mobilization through proper counseling for human services is a powerful approach to empowering and engaging young individuals in positive social change and community development. This concept involves providing guidance, support, and basic education to young people, helping them recognize their potential, and encouraging them to contribute to various human service initiatives. Counseling sessions and workshops to educate youth about the various human services issues affecting their community and the world at large. These sessions involve training in communication, leadership, project management, teamwork, and critical thinking. Appreciating the youth to share innovative ideas, collaborate on projects, and learn from each other’s experiences persuades the young generation that even small contributions can make a difference.
Accordingly, counseling with active engagement, young adults are activated to become proactive members of their communities. This approach not only benefits the youth themselves but also contributes to the collective betterment of the society by addressing critical human service issues.
