Donation Acknowledgment Policy (Delivery Policy)

Donors will receive an official acknowledgment of their donations, including a proper receipt via email. Should there be any changes to our donor privacy policy, we will promptly update the website to ensure you are always informed about the information we collect and how we use it.

Refund & Category Change Policy

Once a donation is made, donors cannot request a refund if they believe the donation amount was transferred by mistake. Furthermore, donations made to any category (Programs, Projects, Institutions, or Shauoor Operations) cannot be transferred to another category. All donation categories are thoroughly explained, and donors are welcome to contact us for more information regarding our programs.
