Women empowerment refers to the women equipped with the tools, resources, and opportunities to decisively and potentially participate in society without gender-based discrimination. Shauoor trusts in a society where women equal rights and access to educational, economical, and healthcare opportunities that can enable them to face hardships and uplift their life. Shauoor is determinant to play a key role in women’s
empowerment by providing the following services.
Education
Shauoor fights for equally accessible educational resources and facilities for females of every age, which can make a noticeable difference in their lives. Orphan girls who wish to study are eligible for our educational aid. Educated women tend to have better economic prospects, and health outcomes, and they can more confidently become a part of decision-making processes.

Providing women with equal opportunities in the workforce, entrepreneurship, and business ownership is foremost objective that is achieved by providing various opportunities to skilled women like purchasing them sewing machines, providing them beauty salon setups, and giving investments to establish their businesses (for clothes, cooking, general stores, etc…).
Healthcare
Ensuring access to equal healthcare rights, as well as addressing health issues specific to women. Our medical team is always active for raising awareness about maternal health and the hygienic environment through campaigns and sessions.
