This center has been established through her generous financial contribution dedicated to the memory and reward (Sadaqah Jariyah) of her late parents. Initially, three key programs have been launched at the center: a Non-Formal School, a Sewing Center, and Beautician Courses. These initiatives aim to provide education as well as vocational skills to orphaned, vulnerable, and underprivileged girls, empowering them to build a brighter and more independent future. Ms. Afreen Malik, a lawyer by profession, visited the Shauoor Community Development Center along with her family. During her visit, she took time to understand the center’s needs, challenges, and future requirements. She expressed her commitment to continuing support for the center’s growth and development and showed keen interest in future community development projects. She also announced plans to facilitate the provision of a solar energy system for the center to ensure its sustainable operation. During the inauguration ceremony, Ms. Afreen Malik met with the girls enrolled in the Non-Formal School, Sewing Center, and Beautician Training Programs. She visited various classrooms and appreciated the dedication, hard work, and achievements of the students, teachers, and staff. Her encouraging words served as a great source of motivation and inspiration for everyone present.
