Introduction
Shauoor Welfare Foundation is a registered non-profit organization founded in 2005 – DDSW.LHR (REGD)1914. Its mission is to spread awareness of humanitarianism in the world, and it works toward the social welfare of marginalized people. With its motto of “Kindness, Compassion, Benevolence,” it aims to make the world a place where kindness, compassion, and benevolence thrive.
Mission
Shauoor’s mission is to aware every person in society irrespective of age, gender, class, or status, about their rights as well as responsibilities to create a society capable of rehabilitating the weaker section promising a better future. Shauoor also has a mission to strengthen community-led development which is an initiative to achieve positive social, economic, and environmental change.
Vision
Shauoor’s vision is to break the vicious cycle of poverty and social isolation giving hope for a better future. We believe that every person has the right to access resources and opportunities to live with dignity and become an active and contributing member of society. Therefore, raising awareness can be one solution to many problems that can take our society to a better level of prosperity and compassion.
Goal
Our goal is to establish a right-based society through sustainable socio-economic development of the target participants, especially the children and women by helping them to attain a dignified livelihood in the family as well as in the society.
MISSION
SHAUOOR’s mission is to aware every person of society irrespective of age, gender, class or status, about their rights as well duties so that we can become a more responsible society that has the capacity to rehabilitate the weaker section of the society in general so that they can live a better future. SHAUOOR also has missions to strengthen community-led development that is an initiative to achieve positive social, economic and environmental change.
Goal
Our goal is to establish a right-based society through sustainable socio-economic development of the target participants, especially the children and women by helping them to attain a dignified livelihood in the family as well as in the society.
Objectives & Services
- Ensuring quality education and basic health facilities for all grades of society, especially that of the rural areas is our aim.
- Our mission encompasses eliminating child labor, empowering women and youth, championing fair labor practices, and fostering comprehensive development within disadvantaged communities.
- Champion human rights, equality, and diversity within society, regardless of race, color, or creed is the ultimate goal.
- Our objectives include fostering social consciousness among the public and actively working to eradicate poverty.
- We aim to inspire individuals toward social cohesion, communal harmony, peaceful conduct, and the recognition of human values.
- To work for the development of underprivileged individuals, groups, and communities.
- To assist public in the process of social integration and personal realization of the privations of the underprivileged children, young people, adults, and families.
- To endorse human rights, particularly the rights of children and young people as well as the rights of underprivileged groups and communities.
- To make every possible effort to control and manage the situations arising out of natural calamities like floods, earthquakes, drought, epidemics, etc., and to provide necessary relief to the victims.
- To give grants and aid to the deserving members of the weaker sections of society for self-employment and for the start of a home based or small business.
- To promote and enhance realization about the importance of education, health and nutrition.
- To provide awareness and education about the environment and its protection.

These initiatives focus on disseminating knowledge using visual aids and audio-visual resources. We aim to support social activists, professionals, students, and all individuals invested in various aspects of human welfare within their respective fields.
- Our goal is to form alliances and foster collaborations with volunteers, governmental institutions, and social welfare organizations, all aimed at advancing the enlistment and progression of society.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
My aim since my childhood was to dedicate my life to the upheaval of society that became the core reason for establishing Shauoor Welfare Foundation. We are striving to practice professional social work which leads to a prosperous and independent society. We aspire to develop a social structure that is unified and strong enough to incorporate with the weaker sections of society.
Mawakhat-e-Madina (مواخاتِ مدینہ) is my inspiration where a privileged individual took the responsibility of a needy person resulting in a self-sufficient society. To tangibly enact this ideology, we emphasize the pivotal role of awareness. Our aim is to reignite the values of humanity, unity, brotherhood, and empathy among individuals, while enlightening them about life's greater purposes and available resources. At the Shauoor Welfare Foundation, my team and I are steadfastly dedicated to serving society, aiming to propagate a humanitarian ethos and foster welfare for all.
The goal is to construct a societal framework that not only stands as a unified team but also possesses the resilience and inclusivity to embrace and support the more vulnerable and marginalized sections of the community.
