بیوہ مہناز – جڑواں بچیاں
مہناز کی زندگی اس وقت اندھیروں میں ڈوب گئی جب اس کے شوہر کا انتقال ہو گیا، اور وہ اپنی جڑواں بیٹیوں کے ساتھ اکیلی رہ گئی۔ سسرال والوں نے بھی کوئی سہارا نہیں دیا، اور زندگی مشکلات سے بھر گئی۔ وہ اپنی بچیوں کو دودھ پلانے کے بجائے پانی میں چینی گھول کر دیتی ہیں کیونکہ وہ دودھ خریدنے کے قابل نہیں ہیں۔
بچیاں پیدائش سے ہی بیماریوں میں مبتلا ہیں، اور سردیوں کی شدت نے ان کی حالت اور خراب کر دی ہے۔ ایک بچی کو نمونیا ہو چکا ہے، لیکن مہناز کے پاس گرم کپڑے خریدنے تک کے وسائل نہیں ہیں۔
