Shama’s story is a painful example of our society’s apathy. Abandoned by her husband, she worked tirelessly in households to provide for her children while enduring harassment from a broker and constant challenges. Her innocent children’s faces remind us of the pressing question: is there no peaceful place for them to live?

There’s more joy in Shauoor Maan Ghar than any ordinary house. Amma Akbar was brought out of I’tikaf, and our little princesses spent ten days learning the love of Allah, devotion, and the beauty of good character.
