Film star Sabira Sultana formerly known as beauty queen and malka e husn, was born on September 21, 1945. Due to her beauty and exceptional acting, she was honored with the title “Malika-e-Husn” (Beauty Queen). She delivered remarkable performances in many superhit films such as Insaaf, Jamila, Kaneez, and Insaan, leaving an indelible mark on the golden era of Pakistani cinema.

Sabira Sultana was regarded as the brightest star of Pakistani cinema and was also honored with titles like Malika-e-Husn, Marble Statue, and several other accolades. Unfortunately, today she is alone due to illness and old age, living in a small room, with weakness, sickness, and financial difficulties holding her back. Over time, everything has changed, and the queen of an era now sits quietly, asking herself: “Where should I go? Whom should I seek help from? This life is Allah’s test.” When this matter came to the attention of the Shauoor Welfare Foundation, the team immediately took action. Not only was financial assistance provided, but it also proved that humanity is still alive and that supporting one another in times of difficulty is the greatest act of kindness.

صابرہ سلطانہ، ماضی کی مشہور فلم اسٹار، 21 ستمبر 1945 کو پیدا ہوئیں۔ ان کی خوبصورتی اور بے مثال اداکاری کے باعث انہیں “ملکہ حسن” کے لقب سے نوازا گیا۔ انہوں نے ’انصاف‘، ’جمیلہ‘، ’کنیز‘ اور ’انسان‘ جیسی کئی یادگار فلموں میں شاندار اداکاری کی اور پاکستانی فلم انڈسٹری کے سنہری دور کو امر کر دیا۔ صابرہ سلطانہ پاکستانی فلم انڈسٹری کا سب سے روشن ستارہ تھیں، جنہیں ملکہ حسن، سنگ مرمر کا مجسمہ اور دیگر کئی القابات سے بھی نوازا گیا۔ بدقسمتی سے آج وہ بیماری اور بڑھاپے کی وجہ سے تنہا ہیں، ایک چھوٹے سے کمرے میں زندگی گزار رہی ہیں، اور بیماری، کمزوری اور مالی مشکلات نے انہیں جکڑ رکھا ہے۔ وقت کے ساتھ سب کچھ بدل گیا اور ایک دور کی ملکہ اب خاموشی میں ڈوبی بیٹھی ہیں، سوال کرتی ہوئی: “میں کہاں جاؤں؟ کس سے مدد مانگو؟ اللہ تعالی کی آزمائش ہے یہ جو بھی زندگی ہے۔” جب یہ بات شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے علم میں آئی، تو ٹیم نے دیر کیے بغیر قدم اٹھایا۔ نہ صرف مالی مدد فراہم کی گئی بلکہ یہ بھی ثابت کیا کہ انسانیت ابھی بھی زندہ ہے اور مشکل وقت میں ایک دوسرے کا سہارا بننا سب سے بڑی نیکی ہے۔
