Our Role in Serving Humanity
Shauoor Welfare Foundation, in collaboration with Minhaj University Lahore, successfully conducted an impactful awareness session under the “Aek Dukhi Aek Maseeha” campaign. This session aimed to highlight the importance of humanitarian efforts, social welfare, and volunteerism, inspiring students to be agents of positive change.

Focusing on humanitarian efforts, social welfare, and the power of community service, the session included an impactful documentary, real-life case studies, and motivational talks by the Shauoor team.
Dr. Shahida Noumani, emphasized the struggles of underprivileged families, sharing a heart-wrenching story of a child suffering from 104°F fever, standing outside a medical camp for two days without food. She urged students to reflect on their privileges and contribute to a better society.
Mr. Awais Iltaf highlighted the lack of purpose among youth, stressing that true fulfillment lies in serving humanity rather than just personal success.
Ms. Laiba Naeem, narrated the story of a helpless man abandoned on the streets, emphasizing that sympathy is meaningless without action.
Ms. Ayesha Mushtaq highlighted the story of Shauoor Maan Ghar, a shelter for homeless women and orphaned daughters, urging students to visit and understand the importance of rehabilitation.
Ms. Rija Jafar shared her personal transformation through volunteering, proving that kindness and selflessness create a lasting impact.

شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے منہاج یونیورسٹی لاہور کے اشتراک سے “ایک دکھی،ایک مسیحا” مہم کے تحت ایک متاثر کن آگاہی سیشن منعقد کیا، جس کا مقصد خدمتِ خلق، سماجی بہبود اور رضاکارانہ خدمات کی اہمیت کو اجاگر کرنا تھا۔

اس سیشن میں ایک متاثر کن ڈاکومنٹری، حقیقی کہانیاں اور حوصلہ افزا تقاریر سے حاضرین کو خدمتِ خلق کے لیے کچھ وقت مختص کرنے کی ترغیب اور انسانی حقوق کے بارے میں معاشرے میں بیداری شعور بالخصوص موضوع بحث رہا۔
ڈاکٹر شاہدہ نعمانی نے 104°F بخار میں مبتلا ایک بھوکے بچے کی دردناک کہانی بیان کی، جو دو دن تک کسی مدد کا منتظر تھا۔ انہوں نے طلبہ کو ترغیب دی کہ اپنی مراعات پر غور کریں اور ایک بہتر معاشرے کی تشکیل میں حصہ لیں۔
اویس الطاف (ایڈمنسٹریٹر – شعور) نے نوجوانوں میں مقصد کی کمی پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ اصل کامیابی دوسروں کی مدد میں ہے۔
لائبہ نعیم نے ایک بے سہارا مریض کی کہانی بیان کی، جو سڑک پر پڑا تھا، مگر کوئی مدد کے لیے آگے نہ آیا۔ ان کا پیغام تھا کہ محض ہمدردی کافی نہیں، عمل ضروری ہے۔
عائشہ مشتاق نے ماں گھر کا تعارف کروایا، جہاں بے سہارا خواتین اور یتیم بچیوں کو تربیت، تحفظ، عزت اور بحالی کا موقع فراہم کیا جاتا ہے۔
رجا جعفر نے شعور کے ساتھ اپنے رضاکارانہ سفر کی تفصیل سناتے ہوئے بتایا کہ دولت عارضی مگر نیکی ہمیشہ باقی رہتی ہے۔
