Mukhtaran Bibi – Paralyzed Husband, Polio Patient Daughter
Mukhtaran Bibi’s life has been filled with continuous trials. Her only support, her grown-up son, passed away some time ago. Her paralyzed husband is a stroke patient, and her polio patient daughter is disabled due to polio and cannot even stand on her own. These tragedies and illnesses have taken away the joy from their home. Today, there is neither an earning member nor a strong support left

مختاراں بی بی کی زندگی مسلسل آزمائشوں سے گھری ہوئی ہے۔ ان کا واحد سہارا، ان کا جوان بیٹا، کچھ عرصہ قبل اس دنیا سے رخصت ہو گیا۔ شوہر فالج کے مریض ہیں اور بیٹی پولیو کے باعث معذور ہے، جو اپنے پاؤں پر کھڑی بھی نہیں ہو سکتی۔ اس صدمے اور بیماریوں نے اس گھر کی خوشیاں چھین لی ہیں۔ آج نہ کوئی کمانے والا ہے اور نہ ہی کوئی مضبوط سہارا باقی رہا ہے۔ مختاراں بی بی خود بھی ضعیف اور کمزور ہیں۔ بوڑھی ہڈیوں میں اب محنت مزدوری کی سکت نہیں رہی
ہاتھ کانپتے ہیں، قدم لڑکھڑاتے ہیں اور بڑھتی عمر کے ساتھ مالی مشکلات میں اضافہ ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔ یہ وہی گھر ہے جہاں کبھی امید اور آس تھی، مگر اب مجبوری، خاموشی اور تنگدستی نے ڈیرے ڈال رکھے ہیں۔ ایسے حالات میں انہیں ماہانہ کفالت اور مستقل سہارا درکار ہے تاکہ وہ باعزت زندگی گزار سکیں۔
