they were their greatest support and took care of them with love and attention. After the passing of their parents, their brothers took responsibility, but over time, circumstances changed. With their own families, children, and increasing expenses, the brothers are now unable to fully support them. Unfortunately, after one brother’s death, the two sisters were left at the mercy of their sisters-in-law, where they are not treated well. They are made to do hard labor and are sometimes subjected to abuse. They share that they are beaten over minor issues and are constantly made to feel like a burden on the household. These conditions have further worsened the family situation. In deep distress, one of their sister Rehana approached the Shauoor Welfare Foundation office and shared her helplessness. She explained that she lives in a very small house with her five children, and her husband and children are not willing to accommodate her mentally disabled sisters. Financial hardship has forced her to seek help and support for them from any possible source. This situation is extremely heartbreaking, and everyone hopes for a solution that allows these sisters to live with dignity and peace. In these difficult circumstances, Shauoor Welfare Foundation has stepped forward to support them through its Feed An Orphan Program. The goal is to ensure that these girls are not seen as a burden but are able to live a respectful and dignified life. Let us all come together to support these mentally challenged sisters through Shauoor Welfare Foundation by sponsoring their basic needs on a monthly basis, and become a source of hope for them. ظلم کا شکار یتیم و معذور بہنیں

فرہانہ اور فرزانہ — ذہنی معذور یتیم بہنیں ماں باپ کے جانے کے بعد دیگر اہلِ خانہ کے ظلم و ستم کا نشانہ بننے پر مجبور ہیں۔ فرحانہ اور فرزانہ بچپن ہی سے ذہنی امراض میں مبتلا ہیں۔ جب تک والدین حیات تھے، وہی ان کا سہارا تھے اور محبت و توجہ کے ساتھ ان کی دیکھ بھال کرتے رہے۔ والدین کے انتقال کے بعد بھائیوں نے ذمہ داری سنبھالی، مگر وقت کے ساتھ حالات بدلتے گئے۔ بھائیوں کے اپنے گھر، بچے اور اخراجات بڑھنے کے باعث اب وہ ان بہنوں کی مکمل کفالت کرنے سے قاصر ہیں۔ بدقسمتی سے ایک بھائی کے انتقال کے بعد یہ دونوں بہنیں بھابھیوں کے رحم و کرم پر آ گئیں، جہاں ان کے ساتھ مناسب سلوک نہیں کیا جاتا۔ ان سے سخت مشقت کروائی جاتی ہے اور بعض اوقات تشدد کا نشانہ بھی بنایا جاتا ہے۔ وہ خود بتاتی ہیں کہ معمولی باتوں پر انہیں مارا جاتا ہے اور بار بار یہ احساس دلایا جاتا ہے کہ وہ گھر پر بوجھ ہیں۔ ان حالات نے گھریلو مسائل کو مزید سنگین بنا دیا ہے۔

ان کی ایک بہن ریحانہ شدید پریشانی کے عالم میں شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے دفتر پہنچی اور اپنی بے بسی بیان کی۔ اس کا کہنا تھا کہ اس کا اپنا گھر بھی بہت چھوٹا ہے اور اس کے پانچ بچے ہیں، جبکہ اس کے شوہر اور بچے اس بات پر آمادہ نہیں کہ وہ اپنی ذہنی معذور بہنوں کو اپنے ساتھ رکھے۔ مالی مشکلات نے اسے اس حد تک مجبور کر دیا ہے کہ وہ اپنی بہنوں کے لیے کسی مدد یا سہارا کی تلاش میں نکلی ہے۔ یہ صورتحال نہایت افسوسناک ہے، اور سب یہی چاہتے ہیں کہ ان بہنوں کے لیے کوئی ایسا حل نکل آئے جس سے وہ سکون اور عزت کے ساتھ زندگی گزار سکیں۔ ایسے نازک حالات میں شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے ان کی مدد کے لیے قدم بڑھایا ہے تاکہ کفالتِ یتیم پروگرام کے تحت ان کی امداد کی جا سکے۔ مقصد یہ ہے کہ یہ بچیاں اپنے گھر والوں پر بوجھ نہ بنیں بلکہ ایک باوقار زندگی گزار سکیں۔ آئیے، ہم سب مل کر ان ذہنی معذور بہنوں کی ماہانہ کفالت کے لیے شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کا ساتھ دیں اور ان کے لیے امید کی کرن بنیں۔
