  ذہنی معذور ماں اور بیٹی جب کوئی سہارا نہ ہو، تو کسی کا ہاتھ تھام لینا ہی سب کچھ ہوتا ہے! خورشید بی بی اور ان کی بیٹی 2018 سے شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے ذریعے کفالت حاصل کر رہی ہیں۔ ذہنی معذوری کے ساتھ زندگی گزارنا پہلے ہی ایک مشکل امتحان ہے، اور بغیر کسی مالی سہارا کے یہ اور بھی کٹھن ہو جاتا ہے۔   شعور ویلفیئر ان کا سہارا بنا، مگر ابھی بھی بہت کچھ کرنے کی ضرورت ہے! ان کی ماہانہ کفالت صرف 5,000 روپے ہے، جو ان کے علاج اور بنیادی ضروریات کے لیے استعمال ہوتی ہے۔ آپ کا چھوٹا سا عطیہ ان کی پوری زندگی بدل سکتا ہے
