Mahad – Effects of Malnutrition
Mahad brought his father to the office today. His face showed the effects of malnutrition, and his clothes, smaller than his size, reflected the harshness of life. Yet, he carried himself with remarkable confidence.
Both of Mahad’s parents are deaf and mute. His mother is battling severe illnesses, while his father barely earns 1000 rupees a week.

مہد آج اپنے والد کو دفتر لے کر آیا۔ چہرے پر غذائی قلت کے اثرات، سائز سے چھوٹے کپڑے، لیکن بھرپور اعتماد کے ساتھ۔
مہد کے دونوں والدین گونگے بہرے ہیں۔ ماں شدید بیماریوں کا شکار ہیں، اور والد ہفتے کا صرف ایک ہزار روپے ہی کماتے ہیں۔ چھوٹے بہن بھائی بھی زندگی کی ضروریات مانگتے ہیں۔ ان مسائل نے گیارہ سالہ مہد کو بڑا کر دیا ہے۔
مہد کا حوصلہ دیکھ کر آنکھیں نم ہو گئیں۔ آئیے، اس معصوم کی ذمہ داریوں میں اپنا حصہ ڈالیں۔ اللہ پاک مہد کی زندگی آسان کر دے۔
