We met Ali Raza near Minar-e-Pakistan while he was collecting plastic bottles from the trash. At an age when he should have been in school—reading books and playing with friends—circumstances forced him to shoulder household responsibilities prematurely.

مینارِ پاکستان کے قریب ہماری ملاقات *علی رضا* سے ہوئی، جو کچرے میں سے پلاسٹک کی بوتلیں جمع کر رہا تھا۔ یہ وہ عمر ہے جب اسے اسکول میں ہونا چاہیے تھا، کتابیں پڑھنی چاہئیں تھیں اور دوستوں کے ساتھ کھیلنا چاہیے تھا، مگر حالات نے اسے کم عمری میں ہی گھر کی ذمہ داریاں اٹھانے پر مجبور کر دیا۔
اس کے ہاتھوں میں قلم ہونا چاہیے تھا، مگر وہ اپنے گھر کا خرچہ چلانے کے لیے محنت کر رہا ہے۔
آئیے، علی رضا جیسے بچوں کے لیے امید بنیں۔ آپ کی مدد کسی بچے کو اس کا بچپن اور بہتر مستقبل واپس دلانے کا ذریعہ بن سکتی ہے۔
