Fariha Pervez shared that Maan Ghar is truly a home of service, love, and hope. Built on compassion, care, and a deep sense of responsibility, it provides a safe and nurturing environment for helpless mothers and young girls. She explained that through its Kafalat Program, Shauoor Welfare Foundation supports deserving families who have no breadwinner and struggle to meet their basic needs due to difficult circumstances. She further emphasized that Shauoor Welfare Foundation not only identifies such families but also conducts thorough verification to ensure that support reaches those who genuinely deserve it, in a dignified and respectful manner. The Kafalat Program is one of the foundation’s most impactful initiatives because every family needs a breadwinner. When a family loses its support system, it is not only their income that disappears—hope also begins to fade. To address this gap, Shauoor Welfare Foundation is currently providing regular sponsorship to around 600 families, while more than 2,000 families have been rehabilitated and empowered to stand on their own feet and support themselves independently. Fariha Pervez highlighted that Shauoor Welfare Foundation does not believe in providing temporary aid alone; instead, it focuses on empowering individuals by equipping them with skills, resources, and guidance so they can become self-reliant. This, she said, is the true spirit of service—not forcing someone to extend their hand for help, but strengthening that hand so they can build their own future. In her closing remarks, she appealed to philanthropists and donors, saying that this noble mission cannot continue without their support.
