During his talk, Mr. Tanveer Ahmad Khan explained that the diary includes important character-building values such as gratitude, obedience, etiquette of communication, and maintaining good behavior with everyone. Through this diary, children are taught to be thankful to Allah Almighty for His blessings, obey their elders, use polite and respectful language, and develop a caring and cooperative attitude towards their siblings and others. Based on these values, children’s daily performance is recorded using ✔️ and ✖️ marks. This practice encourages children to improve themselves and motivates them to develop good habits and positive behavior. In addition, children are encouraged to become independent by learning to manage their own responsibilities, such as organizing their belongings after returning home from school. Furthermore, to instill a spirit of service and helpfulness, they are taught to assist their parents and elders and participate in household tasks. The diary also serves as a tool for conducting a regular weekly review of children’s performance. Based on this evaluation, parents provide remarks and guidance, helping them identify areas where their children need more attention and support. The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Tanveer Ahmad Khan and a prayer that Allah Almighty grants us success in providing the best upbringing for our children and in building a generation with strong character and noble values.
