Her only son suffers from disabilities affecting his arm and leg and requires proper medical treatment. Bilqees Baji’s husband is addicted to drugs and does not fulfill his responsibilities towards the household expenses or the care of their children. Despite 18 years of marriage, her marital life remains troubled. Due to poverty, helplessness, and domestic difficulties, Bilqees Baji is forced to live with her children at her elderly mother’s home. Bilqees Baji’s mother has eight daughters and two sons, among whom four daughters and one son have been blind since birth. This family has been facing hardships and challenges for many years. Due to her visual impairment, Bilqees Baji is unable to work, while her innocent children are in need of education, medical care, and fulfillment of their basic necessities. Bilqees Baji hopes to arrange a rented home for her family, ensure the continued care and education of her children, and provide proper medical treatment for her disabled son so that her children can have a better future and opportunities to move forward in life.
