موجودہ شدید گرمی کی لہر غریب خاندانوں کے لئے قیامت سے کم نہیں، خاص طور پر وہ بچے جو اعصابی یا دل کے امراض میں مبتلا ہیں۔ شہریار، ایک معصوم دل کے مریض، اس وقت ICU میں زندگی اور موت کی کشمکش میں ہیں۔ ان کی ماں دعا کی درخواست کرتی ہیں کہ اللہ ان کے لال کو زندگی دے۔ شہریار کے دل کے تین والو بند ہو چکے ہیں اور فوری بائی پاس آپریشن کی ضرورت ہے۔
اسی طرح رضیہ باجی جیسے خاندان، جنہوں نے غذائی کمی کی وجہ سے دو بچوں کو کھو دیا اور جن کے گھر پنکھا تک نہیں، ہماری مدد کے منتظر ہیں۔ شعور ٹیم نے شہریار کو آپریشن کے خوف کو دور کرنے کے لئے حوصلہ دیا اور اسے کولر کا تحفہ دیا تاکہ وہ گرمی کا مقابلہ کر سکے۔
