During his memorable visit, he met the orphaned, underprivileged, and vulnerable girls residing at Maan Ghar, placed a caring and affectionate hand on their heads, and had warm and engaging conversations with the mothers living there. Iftikhar Thakur spent meaningful time with the girls and the mothers, sharing experiences from his life and beautifully highlighting the importance of women’s rights and the honorable status of mothers. During his interaction, he encouraged the girls to focus on their education and strive to turn their dreams into reality. He emphasized that Maan Ghar is a safe and trustworthy platform for them, where they can build the foundation of a bright future. Addressing the girls, he said: “My children, never keep fear in your hearts just because you are women or girls. You must fear only Allah. When the belief settles in your heart that you should fear no one except Allah, the difficulties of life become easier. If Allah wants to protect you, the entire world cannot harm you.” He emphasized on women rights, spiritual power of a woman and the senses of women that are used to create sensors. He further added that all of them are strong because the power of knowledge has been instilled in them by their teachers, and the values and way of living have been taught to them by their parents. Whenever they remember him, he asked them to simply pray for his faith, because money and wealth are not the true measure of success. The greatest treasure in life is faith. If a person lives their life with faith, that is true success, because real life begins after death. On this occasion, Iftikhar Thakur also appreciated the efforts of Dr. Shahida Noumani, the founder of Shauoor Welfare Foundation, stating that serving helpless mothers and children is a noble humanitarian mission. In the end, he appealed to overseas Pakistanis to connect and support Shauoor Maan Ghar through spending time, charity, donations, and funds so that the future of these girls can become safer and brighter.
