Zareena Bibi is a widow facing severe financial hardship and extreme poverty. There is no one to earn or support the family. After her husband’s death, her only young son was her sole support, but he too has passed away, leaving her completely alone.

When a volunteer from Shauoor Welfare Foundation met Zareena Bibi, her tears reflected deep helplessness—each day brings a new hardship for this family.

بوڑھی و بیوہ زرینہ بی بی گھر بیٹھی بیٹی اور نواسیوں کو دو وقت کی روٹی کیسے کھلائے۔
زرینہ بی بی ایک بیوہ خاتون ہیں جو شدید مالی مشکلات اور فاقوں کا شکار ہیں۔ نہ کوئی کمانے والا ہے اور نہ ہی کوئی سہارا۔ شوہر کے انتقال کے بعد ان کا اکلوتا جوان بیٹا ہی ان کا واحد سہارا تھا، مگر وہ بھی اس دنیا سے رخصت ہو گیا، جس کے بعد وہ مکمل طور پر تنہا رہ گئی ہیں۔ زرینہ بی بی کے حالات کی سختی یہیں ختم نہیں ہوتی—ان کی بیٹی جو گھریلو مسائل کے باعث گھر واپس آ چکی ہے۔ جبکہ داماد نشے کا عادی ہے، اور اپنی دو چھوٹی بچیوں کو بھی زرینہ بی بی کے پاس چھوڑ گیا ہے۔
یہ معصوم بچیاں کبھی اسکول نہیں جا سکیں کیونکہ گھر میں بنیادی ضروریات پوری کرنا ہی مشکل ہو رہا ہے۔ کرائے کے گھر میں رہتے ہوئے دو وقت کی روٹی کا بندوبست بھی ایک چیلنج بن چکا ہے۔ وہاں تعلیم کا خواب بھی ادھورا رہ جاتا ہے۔جب شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے رضاکار نے زرینہ بی بی سے ملاقات کی تو ان کی آنکھوں میں آنسو اور بے بسی صاف جھلک رہی تھی—ہر دن ان کے لیے ایک نئی آزمائش ہے۔ اس نازک صورتحال میں اس خاندان کو فوری مدد کی ضرورت ہے تاکہ کم از کم بنیادی ضروریات پوری ہو سکیں اور ان بچیوں کی تعلیم کا آغاز ممکن بنایا جا سکے۔
