He emphasized that Allah has honored human beings as the “best of creation”, granting them a distinguished status above all other creatures. He also explained that Satan, driven by pride and envy over this elevated rank, disobeyed Allah’s command.
Mr. Khan reminded the audience that, as human beings—and especially as Muslims—we should always remain focused on the true purpose of our existence. The blessings, opportunities, and resources Allah has provided are merely *means* to help us fulfill that purpose, not the purpose itself. When we begin to treat worldly means as our ultimate goal, we drift away from the real objective of our lives.
May Allah guide us to understand our purpose, remain steadfast upon it, and use His blessings in ways that bring us closer to Him. Ameen.
مقصدِ حیات – فکری بیداری نشست
شعور کے نائب صدر جناب تنویر احمد خان صاحب نے شعور کمیونٹی ڈویلپمنٹ سنٹر، بیگم کوٹ لاہور کا دورہ کیا اور فکری بیداری نشست میں “مقصدِ زندگی” کے موضوع پر نہایت مختصر مگر فکر انگیز گفتگو کی۔
انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے انسان کو *اشرف المخلوقات* کا مقام عطا فرمایا اور اسے جنات، فرشتوں اور دیگر تمام مخلوقات پر فضیلت بخشی۔ شیطان اسی مقام پر حسد کرتے ہوئے اللہ کے حکم سے روگردانی کا مرتکب ہوا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ بحیثیت انسان اور خصوصاً بحیثیت مسلمان، ہمیں ہمیشہ اپنے دنیا میں آنے کے اصل مقصد کو سامنے رکھنا چاہیے۔
اللہ تعالیٰ نے جو اسباب عطا کیے ہیں، انہیں صرف مقصد تک پہنچنے کا ذریعہ سمجھنا چاہیے، نہ کہ خود مقصد۔ جب انسان اسباب کو ہی منزل بنا لیتا ہے تو وہ اپنے حقیقی مقصدِ حیات سے دور ہو جاتا ہے۔
اللہ تعالیٰ ہمیں اپنے مقصدِ زندگی کو سمجھنے، اس پر عمل کرنے اور اپنی زندگی کو اسی کے مطابق ڈھالنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔ آمین۔
