In his address, he emphasized that Allah created human beings as the “Best of Creation” and in the “Best Form.” Having been honored above all other creations and appointed as His vicegerents on earth, every individual carries the responsibility of living a life devoted to the worship of Allah, the service of humanity, and the practice of noble character. He urged participants, especially Muslims, to reflect on whether they are truly fulfilling the purpose of being human or merely passing through life by satisfying basic needs without a higher purpose. Concluding his talk, Mr. Mustafa Jaan warned against the growing menace of drug addiction, particularly affecting men and youth, explaining that addiction leads to laziness, aimlessness, and many social evils. He paid tribute to Dr. Shahida Noumani’s efforts, describing “Dina Welfare Center” as a remarkable example of transformation, where a place once used as a garbage dump has become a source of hope and positive change for underprivileged families. Inspired by the same vision, the “Shauoor Community Development Center” is empowering women with vocational skills, connecting children to education, and enabling young girls to build dignified, self-reliant futures. He concluded by encouraging everyone to first enlighten themselves with knowledge, skills, and awareness, and then become a guiding light to illuminate the lives of others.”
