The tears of Muqaddas and Maryam fall upon our hearts. Is it poverty or the fear of a stepfather? A violation of values or a lack of awareness? We must reflect. We were once the ones who valued the honor of sisters and daughters above all. Now, we are facing the depths of decline. For such mothers and daughters, the street is not their place. Their place is in “Shauoor Maan Ghar”— safe like a home, gentle like a mother. Look around, for the sake of these daughters. Reach out to us, because daughters belong to all of us.
