Shauoor e Hayat – Jashn e Iqbal ‘ 24 — the Biggest Event of Pakistan – An awareness session organized by Shauoor Welfare Foundation in collaboration with YES PAK ORG – Youth Empowerment Society Pakistan at Alhamra Hall – Lahore Arts Council. The event beautifully highlighted the message of the great Poet of the East and the meaning of becoming Iqbal’s Shaheen, Allama Muhammad Iqbal — Selfhood, freedom of thought, and high ambition. The session was hosted by Dr. Shahida Noumani, the founder of Shauoor Welfare Foundation, who is rendering remarkable services as a social worker. With a Ph D in Social Work, Dr. Shahida Noumani is leading a mission of humanity using modern scientific social work methodology, and her exceptional leadership and sincerity are contributing to positive social transformation. The event shed light on the welfare and social development initiatives of Shauoor Welfare Foundation, emphasizing that the organization is truly nurturing Iqbal’s Shaheen — young individuals who are determined, confident, and committed to serving humanity and playing a constructive role in society. It was highlighted that Iqbal’s Shaheen is not just a bird but a symbol of courage, self-reliance, flight toward excellence, and nobility of character for the youth. Allama Iqbal’s powerful message — “Create your own world if you are truly alive” — inspired the audience to believe that with strong willpower and a higher vision, one can shape their future through hard work. The Foundation’s Kafalat (Sponsorship) Program was also introduced, through which needy and deserving families are supported in living a dignified life. Additionally, Shauoor Maan Ghar — A Haven of Guidance & Goodness – is a safe shelter for helpless mothers and orphaned girls — was spotlighted. Here, young girls who have faced trauma and hardships are receiving protection, education, character-building, and teachings of Iqbaliyat, enabling them to discover their true identity as future Shaheen. Awakening selfhood among students, making service to humanity their purpose, recognizing the direction of life, and utilizing time for productive growth — these are core pillars of the training provided at Shauoor Maan Ghar. This session not only revived Iqbal’s ideology but also highlighted Shauoor Maan Ghar as a shining model of compassion, care, and character-building amidst rising social insensitivity. The Foundation is steadfastly moving forward on a passionate journey toward building a strong, dignified, and self-reliant society. The participants were encouraged with the call: “Come, join as Shauoor Volunteers!” The ceremony concluded with a prayer that Allah Almighty bless this bright journey of Shauoor Welfare Foundation with continuous success and prosperity. Let us join this illuminating mission and help widen the flight of Iqbal’s Shaheen.

شعورِ حیات — جشنِ اقبال 2024

پاکستان کا سب سے بڑا پروگرام جشنِ اقبال 2024 — الحمرا ہال لاہور آرٹس کونسل میں منعقد ہوا جس میں وائے ای ایس کے اشتراک سے شعور ریلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے ’’شعورِ حیات‘‘ کے موضوع پر یادگار پروگرام کا اہتمام کیا جس میں ’’اقبال کا شاہین‘‘ مرکزی موضوع رہا۔ اس تقریب میں عظیم شاعرِ مشرق علامہ محمد اقبال کے پیغامِ خودی، آزادیِ فکر اور بلند ہمتی کو نہایت مؤثر اور دلنشین انداز میں اجاگر کیا گیا۔ تقریب کی میزبانی شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کی بانی و صدر، معروف سماجی رہنما ڈاکٹر شاہدہ نعمانی نے کیا، جو بطور سوشل ورکر انسانیت کی خدمت کا عظیم مشن جدید تحقیقی سوشل ورک میتھڈولوجی کے ساتھ سرانجام دے رہی ہیں۔ پی ایچ ڈی اسکالر ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ اُن کی اعلیٰ انتظامی صلاحیتیں اور خلوصِ نیت معاشرے میں مثبت تبدیلی کے سفر کو مضبوط بنا رہی ہیں۔ تقریب میں شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے فلاحی و سماجی کردار کو نمایاں کرتے ہوئے بتایا گیا کہ یہ ادارہ نوجوانوں کی کردار سازی کے ذریعے حقیقی معنوں میں اقبال کے شاہین تیار کر رہا ہے، جو جرأت، خود اعتمادی اور خدمتِ خلق کے جذبے کے ساتھ معاشرے میں فعال کردار ادا کر رہے ہیں۔ شرکاء کو بتایا گیا کہ اقبال کا شاہین محض ایک پرندہ نہیں بلکہ نوجوان نسل کے لیے جرأت، خود اعتمادی، پرواز اور عظمتِ کردار کی علامت ہے۔ علامہ اقبال کا یہ پیغام—“اپنی دنیا آپ پیدا کر اگر زندوں میں ہو”—نوجوانوں کو یہ یقین دلاتا ہے کہ قوتِ ارادی اور بلند نظری سے اپنا مستقبل خود تراشا جا سکتا ہے۔ شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن اسی فلسفے کے تحت نوجوانوں کو معاشرے میں فعال کردار ادا کرنے کے قابل بنا رہی ہے۔ تقریب میں شعور کے کفالت پروگرام کا بھی تذکرہ کیا گیا، جس کے ذریعے مجبور اور مستحق خاندانوں کو باعزت زندگی دینے کی عملی کوششیں جاری ہیں، جبکہ شعور ماں گھر بے سہارا ماؤں اور یتیم بچیوں کی محفوظ پناہ گاہ ہے جہاں یہ ننھی شاہین بچیاں تعلیم، تربیت، اخلاق اور اقبالیات کے نور سے اپنی اصل پہچان پا رہی ہیں۔ موجودہ دور کے طلبہ میں خودی کی بیداری، خدمتِ خلق، زندگی کی سمت کا تعین اور وقت کا مؤثر استعمال شعور ماں گھر کی تربیت کا بنیادی حصہ ہے۔ جشنِ اقبال کی اس تقریب نے نہ صرف فکرِ اقبال کو تازہ کیا بلکہ معاشرے میں بڑھتی بے حسی کے مقابل شعور ماں گھر کو محبت، سہارا اور تربیت کے روشن ماڈل کے طور پر اُجاگر کیا۔ شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن ایک باوقار، مضبوط اور خودمختار معاشرے کی تشکیل کے لیے ولولہ انگیز سفر پر گامزن ہے۔ شرکاء کو معاشرے میں بڑھتی بے حسی پر فکر و شعور کی دعوت دیتے ہوئے کہا گیا آئیں! شعور کے رضاکار بنیں شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن ایک مضبوط، باوقار اور خودمختار معاشرے کی تعمیر کے لیے پُرعزم ہے۔ تقریب کے اختتام پر دعا کی گئی کہ اللہ تعالیٰ شعور کے اس روشن سفر کو کامیابیوں اور برکتوں سے نوازے۔ آئیے، اس روشن سفر میں شعور کا ساتھ دیں اور اقبال کے شاہینوں کی اُڑان کو وسعت دیں۔
