. Her husband is struggling with drug addiction and is unable to provide for the household and the children’s basic needs. As a result, Sajida Bibi worked hard to support her children and provide for the family. However, due to her declining health, she is no longer able to work in other people’s homes.
Sajida Bibi is skilled in sewing and wished to earn a dignified livelihood from home so that she could support her children. To help fulfill her wish, Shauoor Welfare Foundation, with the generous support of donors, provided her with a sewing machine, enabling her to turn her skill into a source of income and move toward self-reliance.
With your support, hardworking women like Sajida Bibi can overcome difficult circumstances and build a better future for their children. ساجدہ بی بی — ہنر سے خود کفالت کی طرف ایک قدم! ساجدہ بی بی ایک باہمت اور خوددار ماں ہیں، جو مشکل حالات کے باوجود اپنے بچوں کے بہتر مستقبل کے لیے مسلسل جدوجہد کرتی رہی ہیں۔ ان کے شوہر نشے کی عادت کے باعث گھر اور بچوں کی ضروریات پوری کرنے سے قاصر ہیں، جس کی وجہ سے ساجدہ بی بی نے خود محنت مزدوری کرکے اپنے بچوں کا پیٹ پالنے کی کوشش کی۔ تاہم صحت خراب ہونے کے باعث اب ان کے لیے گھروں میں جا کر کام کرنا ممکن نہیں رہا۔ ساجدہ بی بی سلائی کا ہنر بخوبی جانتی ہیں اور ان کی خواہش تھی کہ وہ گھر بیٹھے باعزت روزگار کما کر اپنے بچوں کی کفالت کر سکیں۔ ان کی اس خواہش کو پورا کرنے کے لیے شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے مخیر حضرات کے تعاون سے انہیں سلائی مشین فراہم کر دی، تاکہ وہ اپنے ہنر کو ذریعۂ معاش بنا کر خود کفیل ہو سکیں۔
