Little Momina is suffering from heart disease. Her father works as a security guard and is the sole breadwinner for his four daughters. The family lives in a rented house in a village in Khanewal, where managing household expenses on a limited income is already a major challenge.

ننھی مومنہ دل کے مرض میں مبتلا ہے۔ مومنہ کے والد گارڈ کی ملازمت کرتے ہیں اور اپنی چار بیٹیوں کے واحد کفیل ہیں۔ خاندان خانیوال کے ایک گاؤں میں کرائے کے گھر میں رہائش پذیر ہے، جہاں محدود آمدنی میں گھر کے اخراجات پورے کرنا ہی ایک بڑا چیلنج ہے۔
