Rectal Prolapse – Urgent Surgery
Muhammad Riaz, a resident of Basti Jam in Jalalpur Pirwala, has a young son suffering from the painful condition of Rectal Prolapse. Poverty has gripped this family so severely that Riaz has neither the means for treatment nor the resources to even take his child to a hospital. The child urgently needs medical care and surgery, but the lack of financial resources has become the biggest obstacle in his path.

During a recent visit, the team of Shauoor Welfare Foundation assessed the condition of Muhammad Riaz’s household. The flood has washed away their home, their belongings, and everything they had saved in their lifetime. Riaz had lovingly prepared dowry items for his daughter, but that too was lost in the floodwaters. With a sick child on one side and financial hardship and flood devastation on the other, the family has been left completely helpless.
The Shauoor team has already helped by preparing dowry items again for his affected daughter and is supporting the family to the best of its ability. Let us also take part in this good deed. This family urgently needs our timely attention, medical aid, and financial support. جلال پور پیر والا کی بستی جام کے رہائشی محمد ریاض کا کم سن بیٹا Rectal Prolapse کے تکلیف دہ مرض میں مبتلا ہے۔ غربت نے اس خاندان کو اس حد تک جکڑ رکھا ہے کہ محمد ریاض کے پاس نہ تو علاج کے وسائل ہیں اور نہ ہی بچے کو ہسپتال تک لے جانے کی سکت۔ بچے کو فوری طبی علاج اور آپریشن کی ضرورت ہے، مگر وسائل کی کمی ان کے راستے میں سب سے بڑی رکاوٹ بن چکی ہے۔ ملتان میں آپریشن، سفر اور علاج کے اخراجات کے لیے فوری طبی اور مالی تعاون درکار ہے تاکہ یہ معصوم بچہ تکلیف کی زندگی سے نکل کر سکون اور صحت کی جانب لوٹ سکے۔
حالیہ دورے میں شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کی ٹیم نے محمد ریاض کے گھر کا جائزہ لیا۔ سیلاب نے ان کا گھر، سامان اور زندگی بھر کی جمع پونجی کو بہا دیا۔ انہوں نے اپنی بیٹی کے لیے بڑی محنت سے جہیز تیار کیا تھا، مگر وہ بھی پانی کی نظر ہو گیا۔ گھر میں ایک طرف بیمار بچہ، دوسری طرف معاشی تنگی اور سیلاب کی تباہ کاریوں نے اس خاندان کو مکمل طور پر بے بس کر دیا ہے۔ شعور ٹیم نے ان کی متاثرہ بیٹی کا جہیز دوبارہ تیار کرنے میں بھی مدد فراہم کی ہے اور اپنی استطاعت کے مطابق اس گھرانے کو سہارا دے رہی ہے۔ آئیے، ہم سب بھی اس نیکی میں حصہ ڈالیں۔ اس خاندان کو ہماری بروقت توجہ، طبی اور مالی تعاون کی شدید ضرورت ہے۔ شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے ساتھ مل کر اس کار خیر کا حصہ بنیں اور اس بے بس گھرانے کی امید بنیں۔
