Focus the goal of making a self- sufficient society, we always prefer to help people stand on their own feet. To resolve their privations, the utmost objective is to work out a self-sufficient earning mechanism on self-help basis. Shauoor Welfare Foundation never encourages individuals to register in Sponsorship Program (کفالت پروگرام) without any valid physical disability or inevitable circumstances rather capable individuals are recommended to join Small Business Program (خود کفالت پروگرام) . The Urdu word (خود کفالت پروگرام) literally means self-sufficiency that means depending on their own. The definite determination is to transform the poverty victims into self-made confident members of the society. Our enthusiastic team studies the case to analyze and access possible earning resources for them. After a comprehensive discussion with Shauoor family members, a customized feasible earning solution is proposed for the deprived concerned case that deftly shift them from joblessness to earning on their own respectfully.
The people in need are provided opportunities and financial support to start their own businesses according to their capabilities or experience. To further achieve this goal smoothly, professional training is conducted along with required capital and moral support to start a small business setup.
Many individuals have thus started earning their livelihood through this program. This entire process would not become a reality without the financial support of our munificent donors and our team members. Nothing can replace the true happiness in our hearts for the indigent people earning a respectful living despite being helpless and dependent.
