Poison: Is A Final Escape?
How does someone reach the point of consuming poison? What unbearable burden leads to such a tragic decision? Aasma, an MA Political Science graduate, endured the unimaginable mental health struggles that forced her to leave her home and wander far away, hoping for refuge.

Even in her last moments, she trusted Shauoor Team to ensure her final rites were carried out. Her story is not rare or exceptional—countless women like her are left abandoned, helpless, and struggling. This is why the idea of establishing “Shauoor Maan Ghar” came into existence: to provide a safe haven for destitute women and daughters, offering them education, skills, and a nurturing environment to rebuild their lives with dignity.
Let us join hands to ensure no Aasma consumes poison, no Aniqah loses her life, no daughter like Muqaddas or Maryam begs for survival, and no daughter after burying her mother suffers abuse from relatives. In Shauoor Maan Ghar, our team strives to create a nurturing and motherly environment where these daughters can grow, learn, and become dignified, skilled, and active members of society. Together, we can reform society with empathy and support.
