The grief over his daughter’s husband’s death led Humayun Shahzad Sahib to suffer a heart attack, followed by paralysis. The man who was once the support of his family is now confined to his bed and forced to live a life of helplessness.
His wife also suffers from health problems. Due to a fractured leg, she has difficulty walking, but despite her own struggles, she gives tuition to children to help manage the household expenses.
For the past three years, Shauoor Welfare Foundation has been supporting Humayun Shahzad Sahib with his medical treatment and family support. However, he currently has no permanent donor to continue this assistance.

فالج زدہ باپ علاج کا منتظر
ہمایوں شہزاد صاحب چار بیٹیوں کے ضعیف والد اور اپنے گھر کے واحد کفیل تھے۔ انہوں نے اپنی پوری زندگی محنت اور مشقت میں گزار کر اپنی بیٹیوں کی پرورش کی، مگر جب ان کی بڑی بیٹی بیوہ ہوئیں تو یہ صدمہ ان کے لیے ناقابلِ برداشت ثابت ہوا۔
بیٹی کے شوہر کے انتقال کا گہرا صدمہ ہمایوں شہزاد صاحب کو ہارٹ اٹیک اور پھر فالج کا شکار کر گیا۔ جو شخص کبھی اپنے گھر والوں کا سہارا تھا، آج خود بستر پر بے بسی کی زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور ہے۔
ان کی اہلیہ بھی صحت کے مسائل کا شکار ہیں۔ ٹانگ میں فریکچر کے باعث انہیں چلنے پھرنے میں دشواری ہوتی ہے، لیکن حالات کے ہاتھوں مجبور ہو کر وہ بچوں کو ٹیوشن پڑھا کر گھر کا نظام چلانے کی کوشش کر رہی ہیں۔
گزشتہ تین سال سے شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن ہمایوں شہزاد صاحب کے علاج اور کفالت میں ان کا ساتھ دے رہی ہے، مگر اب ان کے لیے کوئی مستقل کفیل موجود نہیں۔
