Overwhelmed by domestic hardships, her husband took his own life when their newborn son was only 14 days old. After this tragic incident, Sania was left alone to bear the heavy responsibility of raising two innocent children. Today, she is struggling to survive and care for them on her own. Her young daughter, Abiha, who studies in nursery class and is a bright student, is suffering from serious illnesses including tuberculosis and severe anemia. Doctors have prescribed immediate and continuous treatment, but the high cost of medicines and medical tests is beyond her means. On one side is her child’s illness, and on the other are daily household expenses—making life an overwhelming challenge.
After her husband’s death, instead of offering support, her in-laws forced her out of the house and showed no concern for the orphaned children. Gathering courage, Sania started working in people’s homes to earn a living. She lived in rented accommodation for some time, but due to limited income, she could not sustain it.
Eventually, out of compulsion, she moved to her maternal uncle’s house, where the situation is already very difficult. Her uncle is bedridden and unable to move, while his wife works hard to support the household. In such conditions, Sania is under severe mental stress and financial pressure. Providing for her children, managing their treatment, and meeting daily needs have become nearly impossible.
Despite her illness, little Abiha remains passionate about her education and has even secured first position in her class. However, she urgently needs medical support. Sania humbly appeals to kind-hearted donors to help her so she can provide a safe and dignified life for her orphaned children.
Let us come together with Shauoor Welfare Foundation to support this helpless mother, contribute towards Abiha’s treatment, and help this family move towards a hopeful and better future.
