ثانیہ عظمت ایک بیوہ ماں ہیں جو کینسر جیسے موذی مرض سے نبرد آزما ہیں۔ ان کے شوہر، جو فالج کے مرض میں مبتلا تھے، انتقال کر چکے ہیں۔ شوہر کی طویل بیماری اور وفات نے اس خاندان کو شدید معاشی اور ذہنی مشکلات میں مبتلا کر دیا۔
آج ثانیہ باجی اپنی تین معصوم بیٹیوں کے ساتھ کرائے کے ایک چھوٹے سے گھر میں زندگی گزار رہی ہیں۔ سب سے چھوٹی بیٹی صرف 6 سال، دوسری 7 سال اور بڑی بیٹی 11 سال کی ہے۔ چار ماہ کا گھر کا کرایہ واجب الادا ہے، گھر میں فاقوں کی نوبت آ چکی ہے، اور کئی دن ایسے بھی گزر جاتے ہیں جب بچوں کے لیے دو وقت کا کھانا مہیا کرنا ممکن نہیں ہوتا۔
کینسر کے علاج کے اخراجات، گھر کا کرایہ، روزمرہ ضروریات اور بچیوں کی تعلیم کا بوجھ اس بے سہارا ماں کے لیے اٹھانا ناممکن ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔
