This is the story of Alina Baji, a mother of three children. After her divorce, her husband separated her from her children. The pain of being away from them became so intense that Alina Baji suffered severe emotional distress and mental trauma. In search of her children, she left home and began wandering the streets, looking for them in every face and along every road. The team of Shauoor Welfare Foundation rescued Alina Baji from the streets and initially provided her with a safe place at the Edhi Centre. Later, considering her deteriorating mental condition, she was admitted to the Psychiatric Ward at Services Hospital for better and comprehensive treatment. Today, Alina Baji is doing better. Her gradual recovery is proof that when someone holds a person’s hand during a difficult time, a broken life can begin to heal and rebuild. Alina Baji’s journey towards recovery, medical treatment, and a return to a better life is still ongoing. Your support can become a new ray of hope for her.
