Saima Hanif is a mentally challenged and helpless woman who was found a few days ago in a very distressed condition on the roadside. Her hands and feet are swollen, and she is suffering from severe pain and mental distress.

صائمہ حنیف ایک ذہنی معذور اور بے سہارا خاتون ہیں جو گزشتہ چند دنوں سے سڑک پر انتہائی کسمپرسی کی حالت میں پائی گئیں۔ ان کے ہاتھ پاؤں سوجے ہوئے ہیں اور وہ شدید تکلیف اور ذہنی پریشانی کا شکار ہیں۔ وہ اپنا نام صائمہ حنیف بتاتی ہیں، مگر ذہنی حالت بہتر نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے اپنے گھر یا اہلِ خانہ کے بارے میں واضح معلومات فراہم نہیں کر پا رہیں۔
