Amanat Ali is the only brother of five sisters and the sole support for his elderly mother, wife, and two innocent children. He worked hard every day as a laborer to provide two meals for his family. But a tragic accident changed his life completely.

In a loader rickshaw accident, Amanat Ali suffered fractures in two bones of his leg. Due to severe injuries, he is now bedridden. He can neither go to work nor even walk properly. When the only breadwinner of a family becomes helpless, poverty and hardship take over the entire household.

امانت علی پانچ بہنوں کا اکلوتا بھائی، اپنی بوڑھی ماں، بیوی اور دو معصوم بچوں کا واحد سہارا ہیں۔ دن بھر محنت مزدوری کر کے اپنے گھر والوں کے لیے دو وقت کی روٹی کا بندوبست کرتے تھے۔ مگر ایک افسوسناک حادثے نے ان کی زندگی بدل کر رکھ دی۔
لوڈر رکشہ کے حادثے میں امانت علی کی ٹانگ کی دو ہڈیاں ٹوٹ گئیں۔ شدید چوٹوں کے باعث وہ بستر سے لگ گئے ہیں۔ اب نہ کام پر جا سکتے ہیں اور نہ ہی ٹھیک سے چل پھر سکتے ہیں۔ گھر کا واحد کفیل جب بستر پر آ جائے تو غربت اور بے بسی پورے خاندان کو اپنی لپیٹ میں لے لیتی ہے۔
گھر میں فاقوں کی نوبت آ چکی ہے۔ معصوم بچے اپنے والد کو اس حال میں دیکھ کر روتے ہیں۔ علاج کے اخراجات، دوائیاں اور روزمرہ راشن کا انتظام اس خاندان کے لیے ناممکن ہو چکا ہے۔
