Working together, they reached flood-hit communities in Pathan Colony, Rana Town, and Ferozewala by boat, delivering dry ration packs, food packages, and other essential supplies to families stranded by floodwaters.
For the past two days, Shauoor Welfare Foundation has been continuously delivering cooked meals and relief supplies to affected families, ensuring they are not left alone during this difficult time. The team also assessed the ground situation, where thousands of homes remain submerged. Many families are still trapped inside their homes, with no means of relocating their livestock. Fear of theft has also prevented many residents from leaving their homes despite the dangerous conditions.
The flood has created an urgent shortage of clean drinking water, dry food, medicines, milk for children, and other basic necessities. Poor sanitation and inadequate drainage have increased the risk of fever, allergies, and other waterborne diseases. In these challenging circumstances, every act of support can bring hope and relief to families struggling to survive.
Shauoor Welfare Foundation extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Punjab Charities Commission and Punjab Civil Defence for their leadership, cooperation, and dedicated support, which made it possible to reach remote and flood-isolated communities with timely humanitarian assistance.
We sincerely appeal to all compassionate individuals, organizations, and supporters of humanity to stand with us during this humanitarian crisis. Whether through financial contributions, clean drinking water, dry ration packs, medicines, or other essential supplies, every donation can make a meaningful difference in the life of a family in need.
Join hands with Shauoor Welfare Foundation to support the relief and rehabilitation of flood-affected families and become a part of this mission of humanity.
