Shauoor Girls Vocational Center in Dina Welfare Center is a testament to the vision of Dr. Shahida Noumani, aligning with the “Kafalat and Small Business” programs. This initiative focuses on equipping orphaned and deserving girls with skills to play a positive role in society.
Modern training programs are offered here, including:

💄 Beauty Parlour Training
🍳 Cooking Classes
Achievements:
✅ Over 200 girls have gained skills and started their own businesses.
✅ Laptops and sewing machines are provided upon course completion.
