Sajjad Ahmed is a kidney patient and has to undergo dialysis thrice a week. He has no children and no siblings to support him. His wife is also a heart patient, and for the past five months, this couple has been living a life of illness, hunger, and helplessness. Sajjad can no longer go to work, and managing household expenses or even his own treatment has become nearly impossible.
