Sajjad Ahmed is a kidney patient and has to undergo dialysis thrice a week. He has no children and no siblings to support him. His wife is also a heart patient, and for the past five months, this couple has been living a life of illness, hunger, and helplessness. Sajjad can no longer go to work, and managing household expenses or even his own treatment has become nearly impossible.

Syeda Sabiha and her daughter are battling severe mental health challenges, with no stable place to call home. Her daughter’s illness led to stay at Jinnah Hospital, where she slept on the cold, bare floors.
