پاکستان کے بہت سے علاقوں میں ایسے بچے موجود ہیں جو معذوری کا شکار ہیں اور ان کے والدین کے پاس اتنے وسائل نہیں کہ وہ انہیں وہیل چیئر فراہم کر سکیں۔ یہ بچے زمین پر رینگنے پر مجبور ہیں، ان کی خواہش ہے کہ وہ بھی چل پھر سکیں۔
