یہ تقریب الحمرہ ہال، ادبی بیٹھک، لاہور میں منعقد ہوئی۔
یہ تقریب اس ننھے ہیرو اقبال مسیح کی بہادری اور قربانی کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرنے کے لیے تھی، جو جبری مشقت کے خلاف عالمی آواز بنے۔
