شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے ایک پُراثر تقریب کا انعقاد کیا جس کا عنوان تھا:
“اقبال مسیح کی یاد میں – چائلڈ لیبر کے خلاف جرأت کی علامت”
یہ تقریب الحمرہ ہال، ادبی بیٹھک، لاہور میں منعقد ہوئی۔
یہ تقریب اس ننھے ہیرو اقبال مسیح کی بہادری اور قربانی کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرنے کے لیے تھی، جو جبری مشقت کے خلاف عالمی آواز بنے۔
