His hair was messy, bones sharp beneath the skin, and his wide-open eyes looked human but hollow. He didn’t even have the strength to move his hand, let alone ask for help. No one knew who he was—someone’s father, someone’s son, someone’s brother… or maybe, no one’s. He had clearly been starving for days. Yet people passed him by without a second glance.
