In his address, he explained that the program consists of three key levels: Volunteers, Parents, and Children. The primary objective is to provide effective training to volunteers, proper guidance to parents, and positive character development for children so that a capable, ethical, and confident generation can be nurtured. He shared that the program is being launched as a pilot project under a well-structured plan, with a dedicated team being formed to expand this mission of goodness. Individuals who wish to serve as volunteers and become part of this initiative were encouraged to step forward. The first level of the program consists of volunteers, who are the foundation and central pillar of this mission. These volunteers receive proper training and play an active role in society by mentoring children aged 5 to 15, preparing new volunteers, and guiding parents who seek better upbringing for their children. The second level focuses on parents. Whether educated or not, parenting challenges are almost the same for everyone. While each household may differ in environment and financial condition, the need for moral, religious, and practical upbringing remains common. Therefore, both mothers and fathers are provided with structured training by Shauoor’s volunteers to help them improve the home environment. The third and most important level is the children, for whom all these efforts are being made. For this purpose, a parenting tool titled “My Diary” has been introduced and is provided free of cost to parents. This diary serves as a practical tool of training, love, and attention. It includes a list of positive actions for children and encourages them through appreciation and rewards for good behavior. The third page of the diary is especially significant, where parents sit with their children each night to review daily activities and assess their practical development. According to many parents, positive changes that were not seen in years became visible within just a few days through this diary. The program is showing effective results not only in Pakistan but also in the United States and other countries. Let us all come together to guide our new generation toward a bright, secure, and well-mannered future.
