To protect ourselves from the looming crisis, Shauoor Welfare Foundation regularly organizes intellectual awareness sessions, aiming to help our youth rediscover their true identity and strengthen the national character.
With this powerful vision, Shauoor Welfare Foundation organized an insightful intellectual sitting titled:
“Youth & National Character Formation — The True Identity of a Nation”
at Maulana Zafar Ali Khan Foundation Hall.

Orya Maqbool Jan eloquently addressed how nations are built not on land but on ideology, and reminded the audience of the original spirit of Islam and unity. He challenged ethnic divisions like Punjabi, Sindhi, Baloch, and Pashtun identities, calling them barriers to national harmony.
Mustafa Jaan expanded the thought, criticizing how the original two-nation theory is being lost. He emphasized that Pakistan’s foundation was laid on Islamic values of equality, justice, and piety, not honor killings or ethnic pride.
Dr. Shahida Noumani, in her closing remarks, emotionally drew attention to the heartbreaking state of our society:
Abandoned disabled children
Dead bodies with no claimants
The rise of old homes and drug overdose deaths
Loss of dignity, compassion, and character
She said:
“Before we become numb to these horrors, we must awaken our conscience through Shauoor — awareness, dignity, and unity.”
This was not just an event — it was a call to reform, a movement for ideological revival, and a reminder that only through collective awareness and Islamic values, our youth can build a better Pakistan.
نوجوان اور قومی کردار سازی
پاکستانی قوم کے بگڑتے ہوئے حالات اور بڑھتی ہوئی بے حسی کو دیکھ کر یوں محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ چند ہی برسوں میں ہماری روایات اور تہذیب ایک سوالیہ نشان بن کر رہ جائیں گی۔
کیا یہ وہی وطن ہے جسے انصاف اور حق کی بنیاد پر، اسلام کے نام پر حاصل کیا گیا تھا؟
آنے والے ممکنہ بُرے حالات سے بچنے کے لیے شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن وقتاً فوقتاً فکری اور علمی نشستوں کا انعقاد کرتی ہے، تاکہ ہماری نوجوان نسل اپنی اصل پہچان جان سکے اور قومی کردار کو مضبوط بنا سکے۔
اسی ویژن کے تحت شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے مولانا ظفر علی خان فاؤنڈیشن ہال میں ایک بصیرت افروز فکری نشست منعقد کی، جس کا عنوان تھا:
“نوجوان اور قومی کردار سازی — قوم کی اصل شناخت”

اہم نکات:
اوریا مقبول جان نے قرآنی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں قوم اور امت مسلمہ میں فرق واضح کیا:
قومیں زمین سے نہیں بلکہ نظریے سے بنتی ہیں۔ ہم نے قوم کو لسانی شناختوں میں بانٹ دیا ہے — سندھی، بلوچی، پنجابی، پٹھان — حالانکہ قرآن ہمیں ایک جسدِ واحد بننے کا درس دیتا ہے۔
مصطفیٰ جان نے دو قومی نظریے کی اصل روح کی یاد دہانی کرائی، کہ اسلام کی بنیاد پر قائم ہونے والے ملک میں اسلامی اقدار کو چھوڑ کر مغربی سوچ اپنائی جا رہی ہے۔
معاشرے میں غیرت کے نام پر قتل، تعصبات، اور ناانصافی عام ہو گئی ہے۔
ڈاکٹر شاہدہ نعمانی نے اختتامی گفتگو میں کہا کہ آج ہر گلی محلے میں دکھ بھری کہانیاں بکھری ہوئی ہیں:
معصوم یتیم اور معذور بچے لاوارث ہو گئے ہیں!
نشے کی حالت میں موت عام ہو چکی ہے!
جنازے بے وارث اور قبریں خاموش گواہ بن گئی ہیں!
کردار کشی ایک تفریح بن چکی ہے!
یہ سب اس بات کی علامت ہے کہ ہمیں اب شعور کی روشنی عام کرنا ہو گی۔ ایسا شعور جو اسلامی اقدار سے جڑا ہو، جو ہمیں انسان اور امت بنائے۔
مزید انہوں نے کہا: “اس سے پہلے کہ ہم ان ہولناکیوں کے عادی اور بے حس ہو جائیں، ہمیں شعور — یعنی آگاہی، وقار اور اتحاد — کے ذریعے اپنے ضمیر کو جگانا ہوگا۔”
آئیں، ہم سب مل کر نوجوانوں کی فکری تربیت اور اسلامی شعور کے ساتھ ایک باوقار قوم کی بنیاد رکھیں۔ یہی پاکستان کا اصل مقصد ہے۔
