This workshop was not just a training—it was a mission to bring understanding, empathy, and healing into the lives of the girls who have suffered silently.
The girls at Maan Ghar come from backgrounds filled with pain, abandonment, and trauma. But through this initiative, we’re working to ensure that their future is different—brighter, kinder, and filled with hope. The expert team from AAS Trust provided in-depth guidance to our caregivers and staff, training them in how to build trust, offer psychological first aid, and create a space where these girls feel secure, heard, and valued.
This workshop focused on understanding trauma, behavioral patterns in affected children, and the importance of psychosocial support. It emphasized that healing is not just about physical well-being—it begins from within, with emotional care, consistent compassion, and patience.
Shauoor Maan Ghar is more than a shelter. It is a home, a sanctuary, and a new beginning. Every girl here deserves more than survival—she deserves peace, dignity, and the tools to rebuild her self-worth. Through this collaboration with AAS Trust, we are turning that belief into action.
صدمے سے آگاہی کی دیکھ بھال ۔ تربیتی ورکشاپ
یک ایسی دنیا میں جہاں جذباتی زخم اکثر نظروں سے اوجھل رہتے ہیں، شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے ایک اہم اور باوقار قدم اٹھایا۔ شعور ماں گھر میں آس ٹرسٹ کے تعاون سے “صدمے سے آگاہی کی دیکھ بھال” پر ایک خصوصی تربیتی ورکشاپ کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ یہ ورکشاپ صرف ایک تربیت نہیں تھی بلکہ ایک مشن تھا— ایسا مشن جو درد سہنے والی بچیوں کی زندگی میں شعور، ہمدردی، اور شفا لانے کے لیے تھا۔
ماں گھر میں موجود بچیاں ایسے پس منظر سے آئی ہیں جہاں ترک کیے جانے، اذیت اور صدمے نے ان کی شخصیت پر گہرے اثرات چھوڑے ہیں۔ لیکن اس اقدام کے ذریعے ہم اس بات کو یقینی بنا رہے ہیں کہ ان کا مستقبل مختلف ہو— زیادہ روشن، زیادہ مہربان، اور امید سے بھرپور۔ آس ٹرسٹ کی ماہر ٹیم نے ہمارے اسٹاف اور دیکھ بھال کرنے والوں کو مفصل تربیت دی کہ کس طرح اعتماد قائم کیا جائے، ابتدائی نفسیاتی امداد فراہم کی جائے، اور ایک ایسا ماحول تخلیق کیا جائے جہاں یہ بچیاں خود کو محفوظ محسوس کریں— ان کو سنا جائے، اور ان کو اہمیت اور توجہ دی جائے ۔
اس ورکشاپ کا محور تھا: صدمے کی نوعیت کو سمجھنا، متاثرہ بچوں کے رویّوں کے پیچھے چھپی وجوہات کو پہچاننا، اور نفسیاتی و سماجی مدد کی اہمیت کو اجاگر کرنا۔ اس بات پر زور دیا گیا کہ شفا صرف جسمانی صحت کا نام نہیں بلکہ یہ اندر سے شروع ہوتی ہے— جذباتی نگہداشت، مسلسل شفقت، اور صبر کے ساتھ۔
شعور ماں گھر محض ایک پناہ گاہ نہیں، بلکہ یہ ایک گھر ہے، ایک محفوظ پناہ، اور ایک نیا آغاز۔ یہاں ہر بچی صرف جینے کا حق نہیں رکھتی بلکہ سکون، عزت، اور اپنی خودی کو دوبارہ تعمیر کرنے کے تمام وسائل کی حقدار ہے۔ آس ٹرسٹ کے ساتھ اس اشتراک کے ذریعے ہم اس یقین کو حقیقت میں بدل رہے ہیں۔
