Naseem Akhtar, a widow, is struggling to take care of her three young children. She has no support and barely manages to provide for her kids. She has been running a fever for three days but cannot afford even a single tablet. For two days, her stove hasn’t been lit, and it is unbearable for her to send her hungry children to bed without satisfying their hunger.
