Safia Bibi’s daughter, violence victim Sumaira, is now suffering from mental illness. After marriage, her husband continuously beat and abused her, which has left Sumaira mentally unwell. Her body trembles, she suffers from seizures, and now she lies helpless on a charpai. Eventually, her husband abandoned her at her mother’s home along with her little daughter.

ظلم اور ذہنی بیماری کا شکار سمیرا

  صفیہ بی بی کی بیٹی سمیرا شدید بیمار ہے۔ شادی کے بعد شوہر مسلسل مارتا اور ظلم کرتا رہا، جس کے نتیجے میں سمیرا ذہنی بیماری میں مبتلا ہوگئی ہے۔ اس کا جسم کانپتا ہے، دورے پڑتے ہیں، اور اب وہ چارپائی پر بے بس پڑی ہے۔ آخرکار شوہر اسے ننھی سی بیٹی سمیت ماں کے گھر چھوڑ گیا۔ صفیہ بی بی خود گھروں میں کام کر کے بمشکل گزارہ کرتی ہیں اور مالی مشکلات کے باعث بیٹی کو ہسپتال تک بھی نہیں لے جا سکتیں۔ حالات اس قدر سنگین ہیں کہ حالیہ سیلاب ان کا واحد کچا گھر بھی بہا لے گیا۔ آج تین جانیں—ایک بیمار ماں، ایک معصوم بچی، اور ایک بوڑھی نانی—صرف آپ کے ایک چھوٹے سے ساتھ کی منتظر ہیں۔ شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے ساتھ تعاون کریں تاکہ سمیرا کا علاج ممکن ہوسکے۔ آپ کی تھوڑی سی مدد ان کی پوری زندگی از سرِ نو تعمیر کر سکتی ہے۔
