ننھی مومنہ دل کے مرض میں مبتلا ہے۔ مومنہ کے والد گارڈ کی ملازمت کرتے ہیں اور اپنی چار بیٹیوں کے واحد کفیل ہیں۔ خاندان خانیوال کے ایک گاؤں میں کرائے کے گھر میں رہائش پذیر ہے، جہاں محدود آمدنی میں گھر کے اخراجات پورے کرنا ہی ایک بڑا چیلنج ہے۔
مومنہ کے علاج کے لیے والد کو بار بار شہر آنا پڑتا ہے، مگر کم آمدنی اور محدود وسائل کے باعث وہ اس کے علاج، باقاعدہ میڈیکل فالو اَپ اور ضروری ادویات کے اخراجات مسلسل برداشت نہیں کر پاتے۔ علاج میں تسلسل نہ ہونے کے باعث مومنہ کی طبیعت مزید خراب ہوتی جا رہی ہے۔
