Sister Samina’s trials are immense. With no man or guardian. Orphaned with the mental disabilities of her three daughters with special needs unimaginable struggle at this time. Buying medicine is out of the question when providing a simple meal for these innocent souls is a challenge.

Due to diabetes, Asif Bhai’s one leg and the lower part of the other had to be amputated. He couldn’t walk, and without mobility, he lost his only source of income.
